I always enjoy your newsletter and I'm super pleased to see that today's Garzon is also available in BC (and at a price similar to yours!).
I have been buying the Garzon Tannat for a while and it's a great wine for the price. I find that it ages well. My oldest bottle at the moment is a 2018 and I would be happy to leave it another 5 years.
Thanks for the post. I tried Garzon’s 2020 Albariño Reserva offered by Last Bottle and it was great too. Way over delivered on my expectations going in, because you don’t see Albariño successes beyond NW Iberian peninsula. It was nicely balanced, varietally correct if a bit riper than the original and even had a salty finish. And I think it was all of $12 delivered.
